St. Luke's Catholic Church

Since the original church building was built in 1960, the facility has undergone several extensive remodels.
By reconfiguring the exposed structure in the old cafeteria building to align with that of the church, extending the seating to conform to the church’s layout, adding stained glass and closing off a side entry, and incorporating the space from a small adjacent chapel into the new seating configuration, the spaces were allowed to blend with each other providing for a more cohesive design, and creating a unified and dignified space deserving of the reverence it presents.
Additional work in the current renovation included a new baptismal font adjacent to the narthex, new pews shaped to optimize the reconfigured layout, design of a curved wall to provide a backdrop for a tabernacle table, increasing lighting levels with energy efficient fixtures, replacing all finishes with new, reconfiguring the adjacent supporting spaces into larger toilet and storage rooms, and rearranging all the liturgical icons per current Diocesan standards.
